Thank you for all of your amazing help with our group. The buses were great, the guides were of course excellent in every way. Both Svetlana and Maria will always be our first choice guides for Moscow and St Petersburg. They are kind, extremely knowledgable, very helpful and very lovely company.
The group really did love the tour. I had lovely comments yesterday at the airport from all of the people in the group, so even though it was difficult to organise, it was a real success!
It was a difficult tour because our client decided to involve local contacts from the Russian art world who made things very difficult, and did not organise things how we would have liked. They did get us some excellent visits, but it would have been much better if we had been able to organise all the itinerary with you and the guides. We will not allow our future clients for Russia to do the same, as it makes life very difficult for everyone!! But thank you for all your patience with us, and we look forward to working with you again soon.

We have had quite the adventures with these two Russian Waterways programs and it is such a relief to me that I can call you day or night and not worry that you will be upset with me. I (we) absolutely COULD NOT operate this program as successfully as we do without your help..you always go above and beyond the call of duty....who else could manage to find a car and driver at 11.00 pm for a 3.00 am departure to the airport!!
