In January 2014 «Krugozor Expo Travel» organized a trip for leading Russian designers to the interior exhibition «Maison & Objet», which is held annually in Paris. «Maison et Objet» in Paris has always been a major fixture on design calendar, offering up the means to view a vast quantity of new releases from small and large companies from Europe and beyond, encompassing craft, fabric design, furniture, kitchenware and table top items.
With the support of the French Embassy in Russia for our group organized a small orientation tour - we saw stands province Loire: companies Montgolfier, Drugeot Labo, Sebastien Panis, L'atelier du Renard and many others. The rest days of the show all worked on individual schedules.
The cultural program was also rich and matched with the interests of participants of the trip: a sightseeing tour of Paris, a visit to the Museum of Decorative Art, Tour in the gardens and parks of Paris.
Our group brought together representatives not only from Russia but also from near and far abroad: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk, Ukraine, Turkey. All participants were pleased with extensive business and cultural program and are ready for new meetings in world design expositions!
