Unusual master-class
In September 2011, we held a traning seminar for our corporate partner, MetLife ALICO, which hosted representatives from various regions who came to St Petersburg to acquire new professional knowledge. As a part of the program, we had a great and memorable team building event - culinary master class. It took a lot of creativity, imagination and culinary skills to put it together. New Peterhof Hotel was our official partner for this project.
After two days of intense business program, everyone was ready to have a little bit of fun. Devided into five teams, the participants rolled up their sleeves and the cooking extravaganza began!
A panel of very strict judges was assessing the actual work (taste and presentation of the dish) and the ability to work as a team (speed, technique and creativity in presentation). Then, after the winner was announced and the prizes were awarded, the fruits of the hard labour were turned into the great feast that kick-started the party!
