Behind the stage of the Mariinsky Theater
Despite all the brilliance and mastership of the Bolshoi Theater, the renowned school of Russian ballet was created in the rehearsal halls of the St. Petersburg Mariinsky Theater. The great Marius Petipa, whose ballets have become the main repertoire of the most famous theaters in the world, created and performed here. Anna Pavlova and Ulyana Lopatkina shone on its stage. We invite you to take an amazing backstage journey and plunge into the theatrical life that has been in full swing here for over two hundred years. Even if you were a spectator at the Mariinsky Theater, this is a great opportunity to get to know the stage and look at the art world from a completely different angle. The excursion includes a visit to the auditorium, the Tsar's Lodge and the Foyer of the Mezzanine, going off the stage of the theater, visiting the props shop and the Golovinsky hall - the theater's decoration workshop.

The Yusupov Palace went down in history as the place where Grigory Rasputin was killed. But a visit to the small living room where the mysterious old man last dined is not all that this unique place can offer you. Being the residence of the Yusupov princes, one of the richest families of Russia, who trace their family back to the Prophet Mohammed himself, this palace still delights with the wealth and splendor of its interiors, before the luxury of which even the grand ducal palaces fade away!
