No, you don’t! You just need to book a tour at our company. According to legal standards of Russian Federation visa is not required for cruise passengers in case they stay in St.Petersburg no longer than 72 hours and book a tour through a licensed Russian company. Krugozor is a travel company officially authorized by Russian government and has the right to issue tour-tickets for the cruise passengers.

After you have booked and paid the tour, we ask you to send the following information:

1. Your full name (as it is in your passport).
2. Passport number.
3. Date of birthday.
4. Passport expiry date.

After we have got all the information from you, we’ll send you the tour-tickets for each touring date. Please print them out and take it with you together with your passport to show it on Russian Customs when you get off the ship.

To book a tour please choose your cruise ship and dates of your ship stay, than send a request to us using our form and we’ll answer your within 24 hours. When the tour is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice and you pay it. In the end, after you send us your personal information (name, date of birth, passport number and expiry) we send you the confirmation (voucher) and tour-tickets.

The last booking day — 3 working days before the tour.

You can pay by credit card (VISA or MASTER CRAD) or cash in US dollar, EURO, Russian Rubles.
Also you can pay with PayPal or by invoice, from your bank account.

You can pay US dollars, EURO, Russian Rubles —whatever is good for you. We kindly note that we are unable to accept bank notes in bad condition: they should not be torn, very old, have writings or stamps on them.

We ask for the full payment prior the arrival. If you prefer paying by cash we require your credit card details for the guarantee.

You can cancel the tour by e-mail notification. Please be assured that your e-mail is received and ask for the confirmation of your cancellation.

Yes, 100% refund is guaranteed if you cancel the tour no later than 7 days before the tour. 100 % refund will be made if the ship does not call into a port.

No, if you cancel late —within less than 7 days prior the tour.

No in case of now —show (if you don’t show up for the tour and haven’t informed us about it).

Please note that any theater, ballet and folklore tickets are not refundable!

Our guide will meet you just after you pass the Passport Control —inside the Port Terminal Building. A guide will hold the sign of our company (KRUGOZOR EXPO TRAVEL).If you don’t see our guide, please call us by phone mentioned in your voucher/tour ticket.

The standard waiting time for the cruise passengers — 30 minutes. If you are supposed to be late please give us a call.

Our guides always recommend to the tourists nice and not expensive cafes to have lunch. If you have some special requests, please let us know in advance and we’ll pre-book it.

No, tips are not included in the price and it’s up to you. Recommended amount −10% to the guide and 5% to the driver given separately.

It’s not obligatory as you can pay for the souvenirs and tips in US dollars or Euro. But if you want to pay at café you may need it. Ask your guide and she will help you with exchanging money or finding ATM machine.

There are plenty of souvenir shops on your tour day, please ask your guide if you are interested in shopping. In this case you will be offered some opportunities.

Yes, we have discounts for kids and students (please take your ISIC card with you). Also if you book a tour for a group of 8 and more people, the discount is 5%.

Weather in St.Petersburg is very unstable, it may be cool in the morning and hot in the afternoon, rains are quite often. So, take comfortable shoes, clothes, and umbrellas as well.

There are plenty of theaters and concert halls in our city. We highly recommend to use this opportunity and book a ticket for a ballet or folk-show or plan an evening visit to a museum.
